Classes

We offer classes for every level and each class has a maximum of 10 people (with beginners classes kept to 8), so everyone gets the attention they need and doesn’t get lost in a crowd. Pilates classes are booked on a course basis, but there is a possibility of doing a drop-in when there is a space if you have the relevant experience (not appropriate for beginners).

If you would like more information about any of the Pilates classes/1-2-1’s or would like to book, please get in touch.

You will be working to regain strength and support using the breath to connect the deep support of the trunk of the body which also includes the pelvic floor. Focusing on the foundation support of your body and working outwards can enable you to feel stronger postnatally as you will have a better understanding of how your body works. If you had any abdominal separation this class will help you to heal.

Hypopressives

Tailored to individual needs. Both in person and online sessions available.

Hypopressives is a set number of postures, using a particular type of breathing to cause a pulling up in the centre of the body causing a ‘vacuum’. With regular practice, hypopressives can help with pelvic floor issues, pelvic prolapses, stress incontinence, over all tone and support through the centre of the body.
Hypopressives are good for both men and women, but in particular can benefit post natal women, women going through peri menopause and post menopausal women.
